Welcome to the beginning of the second half of 2020. With summer in full swing, we wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of a few things going on in our neighborhood.
With the Fourth of July occurring this Saturday, several residents have requested that neighborhood fireworks be limited to only the night of the 4th. This will help minimize disruptions and family stress in those households with small children and pets.
Our twenty-five year old pool pumps are barely limping along and, unfortunately, are not going to last for the rest of the summer. Repair parts for our pumps are no longer available, necessitating a complete pump system replacement. Our pool maintenance company has ordered all of the necessary parts and we hope that they will be received during the next week, or so. We anticipate that the pool will have to close for approximately one day while the system is switched out; possibly during the week of July 6 – 10. We apologize for the inconvenience.
